The Study Of Material Procurement Management Mode Of Project

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the competition of domestic construction market is becoming more and more fiercely. In order to adapt to the globalization competition, construction companies have to take measures to improve economic efficiency, including promoting the material procurement management mode of project.Based on this, the author proposed the material procurement management mode of project based on the study of supply chain, from a system perspective.In this paper, the author takes four steps to study the mode that proposed before. First of all, he analyses the current domestic status, and combined it with his own practical experience, that the author proposes the material procurement management mode of project based on the study of supply chain, and then establishes a systemic management system model; Secondly, he does a empirical research through the case of USBuild; Finally, he makes a summary and outlook.Through a series of studies of this paper, the author presents an application of supply chain management, in order to guide construction contractors and construction companies to change the traditional mode of procurement management to improve the efficiency, effect, and the performance of the procurement.
