Study On Tender Risk Management Of Contractor Of Project

Based on the basic theory of risk management, combined with the characteristics of projects and development of risk management home and abroad, tender risk management of project was studied, and the calculated model of risk coefficient which was proved opratebility combining with engineering example was deduced. The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1) The development history of tender risk management was reviewed in this paper, and research situation home and abroad was introduced. There was less quantitative analysis on tender risk, especially in the correlation between risk factors.(2) The definition of tender risk management which procedures were introduced detailedly and strategies of tender risk management were brought out combining with the basic theory of risk management.A flow diagram of risk identification was established , while the aim and steps of risk assesment were brought out.(3) Risk factors were identified by using questionnaire. According to design principles of questionnaire, a survey questionnaire table was designed to identify tender risk. On basis of inquiries, interviews on experienced experts, some new risk factors are identified continuously, and finally a detailed list on tender risk was established. Based on the list, the inner relationship of tender risk was studied. Because of this complicated particularity, this paper adopted a new method named Network Analytical Hierarchy Process (ANP), and an evalution model about tender risk management of ANP was established .Then the relative weights of tender risk factors were calculated, so as to quantify the tender risk factors.And this method was proved effectiveness through engineering example.(4) This paper summarized valuation methods of bidding, and introduced the basic models of bidding strategies. Through the compositions of bidding and the principle of risk compensation, a calculated model of risk coefficient including everything was derived taking into account the risk factors. The calculated model of risk coefficient including everything provided theoretical foundation for bidding of construction engineering.
