As a engineering to meet people's need of the production and living,hydraulic engineering has feature of synthetic and systemic.Since the construction period is long for this large-sized project,hydraulic engineering is easily affected by environment and many uncertainties and risks existed.This paper study the different kinds of risks in bidding period of hydraulic engineering and risk management system is introduced include test method and principle.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to analysis the risk of bidding.The contents and conclusions are as follows:1?Combining with the characteristics of hydraulic engineering and bidding process,risk types and features are studied elaborately.2?Purpose and principle of risk management system are introduced.Moreover,analytical method and merit and demerit of risk identification,risk evaluation and risk decision are described respectively.3?The study methods of AHP for risk assessment at home and abroad are analyzed by Basic principle,calculation process and calculation formula.4?AHP and FSE are used to analysis the risk of bidding.Based on the hydraulic engineering characteristics,risks types is confirmed and the weight of risks is concluded by AHP.is made finally.
