Human Resource Management has become an important one of the core competitiveness of enterprise, and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMS) conforms to the trend become one of the standard system for enterprise. However, there are many issues currently when enterprise use HRMS, and lack of researches on this kind of issues among existing research. This article chose a retail enterprises, and deep discussion on its HRMS’ issues and the causes. This article found that the HRMS of A company has:(1) System functionalities are not perfect.(2) Unable to solve the problem of high employee turnover rate.(3) Unable to reduce labor costs and etc.. In the meantime, this article gives suggestions on improve A company’s HRMS after analyzed the cause of these issues:(1) Optimize and improve current HRMS.(2) Deploy employee training, development and career plan systems.(3) Reduce payroll inflation and optimize scheduling of store employees.
