Study On Patent Strategy Of The Big State-owned Enterprise In Our Province

With the economic globalization ,the capacity of the patent competition has become an important aspect of the overall strength in a country or in an area. Entering 21th century, the competition of overall strength of the country, which based on high-technology,becomes more and more intense.Patent has been valid forms and strategic resoureces that countries , areas or enterprises take part in international competition. On this background ,governments and enterprises establish patent strategies one after another,hightlight of the patent has reached common understanding. The present condition of patent management and protection of our big state-owned enterprises in our province, not only lack the soul of feasible and concrete patent strategy, but also framework of the patent management system.So our big state-owned enterprises in our province are urgent to establish and implement valid patent strategy.Patent stratety means a overall stratety that enterprise sustain or obtain the advantage of market competition and optimum economic benifits,and arrang patent resources with reason.It is characteristic of law,relativity,comprehensivity,and secrecivity and keep the close relationship with the strategy of company development and intellecture property,also has specific value. Because it is a long history that American and Japanese companies implement strategy ,the companies accumulate a lot of successful experience;patent conciences,management system,emphasis on input of exploit,implement standard strategy and so on.These expereice will has enlightened functions on the big state-owned enterprises in our province. The big state-owned enterprises in our province also has many defects on its iner conditions. But in its external enviroment, specially in the government policy,has a lot of advantageous opportunities. The big state-owned enterprises in our province should take present condition into account,study the advanced experiece of foreign companies,adopt the strategy that defence mainly and attact with subordinate. The enterprises should choose appropriate strategies,at the same time establish and perfect the patent management system.In terms of the development , the big state-owned enterprises in our province should attach importance to coordination of the intetest relations and realise the patent technology and standar on our own.Meanwhile,the enterprise should sthengthen the system construction of the shared platform of patent information,and conform paten information resources,and realise inter-communication of patent information.Only in this way,can we stand firmly in China and the world on condition of intense international competition.
