| With the acceleration of global economy integration and intensify of international competition,the issue on how to make the relevant Chinese enterprises develop in the way of healthy, stable and fast growing arouse more attention from society. It is necessary to choose the appropriate development strategies for enterprises. Regardless of the high-tech areas, traditional areas, or service areas, there still exist a large gap compare to developed countries, which impel the company to seize the favorable opportunity, to take full advantage of their own advantages to achieve d leap-forward development and get rid of the original step-by-step patterns in chosen of strategies. Based on the large numbers of information,vast literature and field surveys, the thesis systematically sum up the characteristics, the pros and cons and restricting conditions of typical patterns for the leap-forward development of foreign enterprises. Combine China's actual situation and enterprises characteristics, finally the thesis guide the chosen of the patterns for leap-forward development of Chinese enterprises, which have great significance for the entire Chinese enterprises. The main outcome reflected in three aspects: Firstly, Give example for typical leap-forward development patterns for foreign enterprises, then use the method of qualitative analysis, case studies to conclude general patterns of leap-forward development. Secondly, analyze current situation and characteristics of leap-forward development for the Chinese enterprises, then pointed out the necessity of choosing the leap-forward patterns, from different aspects to explain how to overcome some restrict factors for the chosen by using PEST patterns. Thirdly, Under China's current national conditions, the thesis did deeply study of leap-forward development for different types of Chinese enterprises, on the basis of this put forward countermeasure and draw conclusions. |
