The purpose of this paper is to analyse the reform of compensation system in the Agricultural Bank of China Panjin branch. The paper introduces the general situation of the Agricultural Bank of China including the current human resources management practices, staffing, and organization structure of the Agricultural Bank of China Panjin branch. Then this paper describes the compensation reform of the Agricultural Bank of China Panjin branch in detail. Also using interviews and survey methodology, the paper obtain understanding from the branch manager (branch president for sub-branches) and ordinary workers about the pay system.
