With China joining into WTO and melting into the world economics day by day, the step of globalization speeds up gradually. According to China's pledge, Chinese retail trade's entrance of the world transition period ends on December 11, 2004, which meant China opened tail market comprehensively to the foreign capital. Overseas chain retail sales enterprise wells up into the Chinese market with the unprecedented speed and the scale, therefore the domestic enterprise must face the competition of internationalization. Under the emerging market environment, facing the formidable international competition, the electrical appliances profession faced with the structure adjustment, one batch of electrical appliances chain enterprises withdrawing from the competition market, finally forming several big electrical appliances chain enterprises. They carry on the optimized disposition of resources through the expansion, the conformity, buy as well as the multiplex strategy, thus enhancing the operation efficiency and the market competition strength.The baud value chain theory has provided the powerful tool for the analysis of enterprise competitive advantage. Now, the market competition scope is expanding from the single enterprise's competition to the competition between a value chain and another value chain. The single enterprise is too weak to obtain the superiority status in the competition. Through the enterprise resources and the new combination of the technology, fund, management and market, the resources supplementary can be realized, the investment risk can be reduced, and the scale benefit can be enhanced as well, thus forming the formidable coordination superiority.The electrical appliances chain enterprise occupies the industrial chain middle link: Upstream are the suppliers, downriver are the terminal customers, and the supplier, enterprises, customers constitute the value alliance.
