Social Exclusion And The Plight Of People With Employment Cause Analysis

There are more than 60 million disabled people in China today. According to the related statistics, the number of the disabled people's families is increasing ,which accounts for 1/5 of China's family number in total. To disabled people,working is not only the way to support their living but also the important way to show their social value.It means disabled people's freedom and independence in economy, social status and spirit.Therefore,it is significant for society to solve disabled people's job appropriately.It influences social stability and development directly.The article analyse the reasons why disabled people is always in trouble in job maket from the theoretical perspective of social exclusion.Based on the anlysis, try to find out a better way to help them to get jobs which are suitable for them,which push them into the first job market.The dissertation includes four sections,the structure is arranged as follows: Chapter one firstly introduce the research's background and the meaning of this theme,then summarise the related theorise and define the main concepts of disabled people ,social exclusion and disabled people's employment,finally analyses reseach methodology and dissertation's structure.Chapter two looks back the development of disabled people's employment in China from 1949 ,then analyses the main troubles in disabled people's employment.Chapter three uses theoretical perspective of social exclusion to analyse the reasons why disabled people is in trouble in employment.It includes three aspects:policis's exclusion, resource assignment exclusion ,social exclusion in culture and cognition.Chapter four concentrates on the solution.In this chapter,fisrtly,based on the all above, the article draws main conclusions,then introduces the experience of developed countries in disabled people's employment,taking France,Span and Japan as example,at last learns from these counties and probes the solution to help disabled people get suitable job, which make them include the main job market and society.
