The Research On The Discrimination Against Disabled Person In China Seeking Jobs

The discrimination is immediately a commonly seen phenomenon at the labor market in our country, all forms of discrimination is common, and it has caused huge harm to the general worker's rights to work. Among all the groups that suffer from discrimination in the pursuit of jobs, the author selecte disabled person as the object of study. This is because scholars have payed much more attention to the sex and residence discrimination than the bias on the criples. The employment is the most important part of the career of disabled people. Only by diminishing discrimination,could we protect the work right of disabled people effectively,and prompt the two-society to come true.Thethesis have used various methods,includmgtheory analysing,literature research and analysis conbined with quantity and quality.The article is divided into four major parts. The first part has described the discrimination disabled person meet when they are seeking jobs. This part is supported both by disabled person's subjective feelings and the facts, with some related cases, and has described the discrimination that they suffers in the sight of enterprise and government.The second part has analyzed the reasons which cause discrimination towards disabled person thoroughly, proposing that individual prejudice, the cost—income analysis and the low price that pay for their behavior are the main reasons of discrimination to disabled person.The third part has analyzed the negative consequence of discrimination, pointing out the discrimination, regardless of disabled person and their family, the labor market, the society as well as the government, has caused heavy losses;the last part is the discussion of the ways to solve discrimination to diabled person. This part firstly has reconsidered the insufficiency of the measures that the government take to deal with the discrimination,then it has overlooked the successful experience coping with discrimination by other countries.Finally it has proposed that the government must strengthen intervention to the domain where market failure exists , and take the measurest aimly.
