In a word, competition among enterprises is the competition among comprehensive strength, and the most important key is competition of person with abilities. Under the condition of knowledge economy, human recourses take importance roles in the management of enterprises. Competition of human resources becomes the main rhythm of strategic management. The direction way to get added value of human capital is training, and whether the enterprises can provide sufficient and excellent training becomes the important conditions to get developed and new strength, and abstract the persons with abilities. This article takes a famous private-owned enterprise in Shichuan - WY Group as an example, analyze and perfect the training system for it and make the training sciencization, standardization and systematism.WY Group is a corporation making investment to control the majority of shares, and main investment is real estate. It participates and controls more than 20 enterprises, and has large influence on such industries as development of real estate on residence and trade estate, construction of industrial park, tourism and cultural industry and vehicle trade, and has a certain influence on domestic and international market. The chairman of board has been a soldier, and pays more attention to the cultivation of enterprise's culture and group consciousness, and training. In 2002, WY Group has founded their own training school for staff, and the president is the chairman of board. In these five years, internal training system for staff has been established, and obvious achievements on staff training have been gotten. But for many reasons, many problems have been appearing in the training, and they need to improve and resolve.The author had been taking up an appointment in Training School of WY Group for one year, and had been responsible for and engaged in the improvement and perfecting of training system. He has analyzed the training system of WY Group and given out the improvement schemes based on the basic theory of training. this article will interpret them as follows:Chapter 1 introduction Brief introduction of the background andmotivation of this training research.Chapter 2 Introduction of the existing state of the theory and practice of training.Chapter 3 Introduction and evaluation of the present internal personnel training system of WYGroup.Chapter 4 Redesign of the personnel training system of WY Group.Chapter 5 Conclusion of the redesign of the personnel training system.
