Enterprise development, you need high quality human resources team; Effective training system is one of the important methods to improve the human resource team, and also an important guarantee for enterprise competitive. More and more enterprises begin to attach importance to human resource training and development, the importance of human resource training and development in enterprises has been hitherto unknown promotion. The quantity and quality of talents is the key enterprises in the prosperity of the enterprise, in order to suit the needs of market competition, training, development, remodeling outstanding talent, has an important strategic significance.According to the E group training system, the integrated use of literature analysis, questionnaire method, interview method, theoretical research combined with empirical research method, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and other research methods, the discovery and analysis of deficiency and blind spots of training system, training strategy oriented system appeared in the actual content is not binding, not with combined with the training organization, orientation and training of the actual training needs no system, training is not combined with corporate culture and for the analysis of origin cause of formation. Then, the need for training theory and employee occupation career development based on design, and then from the system frame, the training organization structure, curriculum system, teaching and other aspects of the training system of E group. Finally, combined with the actual situation in the training, put forward the measures of training system landing, further improves the operability and feasibility and design of training system.Through the improvement of E group training system, not only can work effectively to improve the efficiency of enterprises, to create economic value, but also can promote employee skills upgrading, the realization of self value, enhance the enterprise organization’s sense of belonging and identification. At the same time, the related research results can also be for the relevant enterprises to construct and perfect training system and provide reference.
