| ABSTRACT:Under the background of economic globalization, competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce, focus of the competition is from the traditional scale and technical aspects transfer to the field of enterprise human resources. Employee training is an important content of enterprise human resources optimization, to establish a scientific and perfect training system, has become the most important prerequisite for numerous enterprise to obtain the sustainable development. This article is based on such a background, studied the present situation of training system of HJ group, found the existing problems, and redesigned the training system for the group. This article launches the research from the following ideas:The relevant research and theory of training and training system are introduced in this paper. Based on the literature review, this paper introduce underwear industry’ featureã€development and HJ group corporate’condition, analysis the company’s existing training system and find out the existing problems in the training system of the company. Then, from the control training budget, training new staff, training course designing and some other aspects to redesign the employee training system of the company. Finally, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the new training system, the paper put forwards four measures to ensure the implementation of the new training system.The four measures are such as system security, organizational security, resource security and cultural security.This paper take the HJ group corporate training system design as an example, discusses the method of design of enterprise training system and safeguard measures, finds out the general design idea of the enterprise training system, provide a reference for the design of other domestic enterprises training system. |
