A Diagnosis And Analysis On Human Resource Planning In The Changqing Well Construction Company

The thesis treat the Changqing Well Construction Company of the Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau as the research object, diagnosing and analyzing the company's human resource planning aims drafted in 2005 by means of the HR evaluation system and finding out the problems which exist in the process of establishing human resource planning by enterprises, and putting forward the key to that problem. At the same time, the thesis draw up a three-year human resource plan, by using the method of combining the theories of the human resource planning with the enterprise's actual condition, also giving out the implementing plan and guarantee measures.The thesis altogether consists of four parts.The first part introduce the outline of the Changqing Well Construction Company, including the circumstance of the profession background, the general situation of the company, and the fundamental human resource situation of the company. The last part give an brief summary of the research and point out the scarcity.
