The information construction planning of CNPC Lanzhou Petrochina Company (hereafter short as LPC) is the blueprint of enterprise information development in the coming Eleventh Five-Year-Plan period. This planning is also an important strategic action for LPC and it will guarantee to keep the pace of information construction with enterprise strategy.Studies on LPC existing situations of business and information system construction, a framework of information system construction step by step is suggested in this article, which can strongly support the enterprise work flow and business strategy by the constructed information system.
