Study On The Counter Measure Of Promoting The Non-public Ownership Economy In Anhui Province

Non-public ownership economy was once forbidden into the socialist states and went upon the verge of the collapse in 1960. After opening and reforming, Deng Xiaoping brought order out of chaos, then the non-public ownership economy was gradually resumed and played an important part in the socialist market economy, developing with a high-speed. Anhui Province, as the same with the whole nation, has got a great achievement since opening and reforming, but presented the insufficiency in the non-public ownership economy compared with the developed countries. Therefore, the problem how to promote the rapid and healthy development of the non-public ownership economy in Anhui is presentedThrough the combination of the theory analysis and practice analysis, contrast analysis and inductive method, utilizing the theory of government behavior etc. and following the track of the rapid development of the non-public ownership economy in Anhui Province, from the view of the system changes, combing the development model of the non-public ownership economy and conducting the inductive analysis, the thesis presented the countermeasure advice on the rapid and healthy development of the non-public ownership economy on the basis of the analysis and comparison. The thesis consists of seven parts. In Chapter one, the author simply set forth the background and the meaning of studying the non-public ownership economy and generalized the trends of the studying of the non-public ownership economy, and explained the train of thought and methods in the thesis. In Chapter two, the author reviewed the development of the non-public ownership economy after defining the connotation of it. In Chapter three, the author presented the situation on promoting the development of the non-public ownership economy not only in Anhui Province but also in the central authorities. In Chapter four, the author introduced the developing situation of the Anhui non-public ownership economy and compared with other provinces. In Chapter five, the author and analyzed the existing problems of the Anhui non-public ownership economy. In Chapter six, the author outlined the countermeasure advice on developing the non- public ownership economy in Anhui. In the last Chapter, the author showed the main innovations and the defects in the thesis, and also pointed out the field to be further studied.
