Non-public economic development and the degree of market, the level of economic development closely related, that in the developed areas in eastern China have been proved. Gansu Province, the non-public economy and the development of economically developed provinces, there are still lagging behind, especially in the development of the environment there are many loose ends, which to some extent affected the national economy and the rapid development of Gansu. As a result, a correct understanding of the non-public economy and external environmental factors, Gansu efforts to improve the non-public economic development environment in Gansu Province to develop non-public economy, and promote economic growth in Gansu Province, Gansu Province has become the stage of economic development is extremely important research topic. Through analysis of Gansu non-public economic development status quo, and non-public economic development environment for analysis, focusing on the impact of the existing Gansu non-public economic development, environmental factors, Gansu and non-public economy now find ourselves in an integrated environment to make the evaluation I hope that through the analysis of the study and put forward a number of non-public economy to improve the environment for the development of policies and measures to facilitate easy reference.
