Research On The Competitiveness Of Non-public Ownership Economy In Yunnan Province

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the competitiveness of the non-public ownership economy and the competitiveness of the public ownership economy from the ownership level through the evaluation system model.To compare the competitiveness of Yunnan Province with the non-public ownership economy from the regional level of the partial state of Yunnan Province.The level of non-public ownership of the economy to assess the sort.Finally,the value of non-public economic growth in Yunnan Province and its 16 cities in the next five years is forecasted by establishing the combined forecasting model.In this paper,the purpose and content of this paper are analyzed by literature research,quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis and empirical method.This paper first introduces the research theory and practical significance of Yunnan non-public ownership economy.And through the introduction of concepts,literature analysis and economic theory,finding the basic method of studying the non-public economy in Yunnan.Through the study of the competitiveness of the non-public economy,it is better to put forward relevant opinions and suggestions on the development of the non-public economy in Yunnan Province.Secondly,analyzing the present situation of the development of non-public ownership economy in Yunnan Province to find out the existing problems,such as scale problem,enterprise structure problem and financing problem.To find a feasible logical method for the study of non-public economic development in Yunnan Province.Thirdly,the author evaluates the difference between the competitiveness of the non-public ownership economy and the public ownership economy in Yunnan Province.It designs the evaluation model of the non-public ownership economy competitiveness at the regional level to compares and analyzes the non-public economy of Yunnan Province and the non-The comprehensive index of public ownership competitiveness.On the basis of further analysis and evaluation of some provinces in Yunnan Province,the level of non-public economic competitiveness.The use of AHP method to evaluate the level of competitiveness at the level of ownership.The use of principal component analysis to evaluate the level of regional level competitiveness;the use of gray prediction model,polynomial trend fitting model,exponential smoothing model,the index model into a combination model,Yunnan Province and its 16 cities in the next five years to predict the value of non-public economy to predict.From the analysis of the ownership level,the competitiveness of non-public ownership in Yunnan Province has been higher than that of the public ownership economy in the past ten years.The gap between them has gradually increased.From the regional level analysis results,the competitiveness of non-public ownership economy in Yunnan Province and Chongqing non-public economic competitiveness of the lead but the risk and risk resistance is less than Chongqing's non-public economy.There are obvious regional differences in the competitiveness of non-public ownership economy in Yunnan Province.It is estimated that by 2020,the added value of non-public economy in Yunnan will reach 841.371 billion yuan(based on 2005).Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions on further improving the understanding of the non-public economy in Yunnan Province,improving the legal system,adjusting the industrial and enterprise structure,stimulating the industrial agglomeration and improving the financing mechanism are put forward.
