Real estate has become a pillar industry in national economy,It'is an important component of National wealth.The real estate power of the registration system is a reality of laws important system, it is the modern real estate system core and the foundation. This article is about the situation of the domestic and foreign real estate registration law system on the basis of the new "property rights" . It also surpplies relevant case analysis.And the study of the problems existing in the real estate registration system.After comparison with foreign successful method on this issue.It gives some useful surggestions on how to perfect the real estate registration system. We finds,affected by many factors,China's current legal system to register property ownership registration departments are still not unified,The registration rules are not unified,The reparation registering insurance responsibility is not perfect,the property tax system is not in order.All these questions need solving,amendment to the existing legal system of real estate should be added.Unified real estate registration law should be formed.Unified registration of real estate ownership is necessary,We should try to use pre-registration examination,stablize the publicity of the property,strengthen the system of the property registration compensation,quicken the perfect registration institution responsibility compensation system, speed up the property tax system. Give relevant Suggestions, in order to strengthen development of the real estate in our country. Help China's sustained and healthy economic and social development.
