With the rapid development of social economy,real estate has become an important part of our economic life.In March 2007,"the property law of the People's Republic of China" was promulgated and implemented,which clearly requires the establishment of a unified registration system for real estate.The provisional regulations on the registration of immovable property came into force on March 1,2015,and immovable property registration has been carried out all over the country.On January 9,2019,the seventh session of the standing committee of the 13 th jiangsu provincial people's congress passed the regulations on the registration of real estate in jiangsu province,which will take effect on May 1,2019.The promotion of real estate registration service has become everyone's voice.To truly improve real estate service,we should integrate the responsibilities of real estate registration,regulate registration behavior,facilitate the application for registration by the masses,and protect the legitimate rights and interests of right holders.Changzhou real estate registration and trading center has made some achievements in its continuous development,but due to many historical problems,the information of all departments is blocked;Too much emphasis on the principle of prudence,ignoring the flow of electronic materials;Large amount of data integration and insufficient investment in software and hardware;There are still many problems due to such objective reasons as lack of reward and punishment mechanism and neglect of training work.Based on the questionnaire and interview records of working people,front-line staff and department leaders,it is concluded that there are lack of legal guidance and information sharing obstacles in the real estate registration in changzhou.Links set up redundant,business connection is not smooth;Backward business system,slow data integration;Business training needs to be strengthened and service quality needs to be improved.Combining the theory of "seamless government" and other relevant theoretical knowledge,for the "gap" in the real estate registration,excellence real estate registration,at home and abroad for reference,puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the current changzhou city real estate registration,the specific countermeasures include: to ensure that the real estate registration laws,strengthen the real estate registration publicity and training work;Promote the establishment of integrated registration institutions oriented to customer satisfaction;To promote the merging of registration businesses and train generalists in real estate registration;Dowell the consultation feedback work,establish the communication consultation mechanism;Full coverage of channels and diversified service methods;We will improve Internet + registration services and promote the development of comprehensive information technology.It is hoped that through the "reconstruction" of the real estate registration in changzhou,the service quality can be effectively improved and the contribution can be made to the realization of the real estate registration.
