Study On The Quality Of Supplier For HG Company

The main purpose of this paper is to study the supplier quality management in the supply chain environment. Taking the supplier quality management of HG Co., Ltd. to as research object, on the basis of a theoretical in quality management discussed in the actual supplier quality management process in order to meet quality management HG Co., Ltd. demand new changes, and how to evaluate objectively suppliers in course of the implementation of dynamic management and how to ensure the final product competitive edge.First, this paper analyzed the background of HG Co., Ltd. and the external environment, studied the impact on the environmental change. Made it clear enterprises supplier quality management need.Secondly, the paper used a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for the classification and selection of suppliers, made the improved model better to meet the actual situation.Thirdly, the integrated use of quality management theory in this paper analyze of primers four type suppliers, therefore making the corresponding supplier quality management approach and using ERP system to control quality of suppliers, sharing of supplier information.Finally, the paper discusses the use of simple cost optimization methods to prevent reasonable control supplier quality costs.
