| With the acceleration of global economic integration and mature development of information technology, the enterprise management model centered on product and production has been pushed to transfer to a supply chain management model that places customer demand at the core. Supplier quality management is an important part of supply chain management because it is the beginning of management.CR Company, a sensor manufacturer, is selected as the study case by this paper. After investigating the current supplier quality management system of the company and analyzing the management effects under this system, this paper points out related problems of the system. For example, the approval process on purchase is not reasonable, evaluation on suppliers is not scientific and systematic, and supplier relationship is not managed. In response, following the method of integrating theories with practice, this paper firstly classifies the suppliers according to the importance degree of materials and complexity of supplier markets. Then, after perfecting purchase approval process, AHP method is adopted to improve the weighting scheme of supplier development and performance evaluation system. In the rating of evaluation items, this paper employs a both qualitative and quantitative method to improve the scientificity of the evaluation. It is proposed that, as shown in supplier classification and performance evaluation results, when the supplier performance zoning model is established and applied to the relationship management, the system will be improved.In combination with the current quality supervision procedure of supplier manufacture process, incoming inspection procedure and nonconformity control procedure of CR Company, a complete, scientific, reasonable and comprehensive supplier quality management system is created. The system includes a pre-event quality control scheme centered on the quality and capacity evaluation at supplier development stage, an in-event quality control scheme centered on the supervision and control in the manufacture process of suppliers, an after-event quality control scheme centered on the incoming inspection and performance evaluation, and a continuous improvement scheme centered on supplier relationship management strategies. In the last,this paper examines through case study whether the supplier development process can be well conducted, daily quality track system can help promote product quality, and annual performance grading promotes relationship management, so as to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of corresponding improvements.The planning and improvement of supplier quality management system will provide some reference for other enterprises in establishing related management system and implementing supplier quality management work. |
