The Study On Quality Management Of Domestic Handset

Quality control has been proved with great influence in industrial production field these years, especially for modern high technology telecommunication manufacturers.Company HONGLIDA is a top mobile phone manufacturer in China. In this thesis, the author took company HONGLIDA as an example and investigated the actuality of quality management in many domains, such as research and development, production sales and collected a great number of valuable data and examples to analyze quality control level of the company.Firstly, the author described the background of company HONGLIDA and the operation environment of the national mobile phone manufacturer, and introduced the quality management development in domestic & abroad.Secondly, according to the analysis of the atmosphere, structure and flow of quality management of company HONGLIDA, the author compared the quality system data with some metrical indexes of TL9000 and evaluate the quality control level objectively.Lastly, aiming at those problems discovered during the analysis process, the author draw a conclusion and tabled a series of proposals to solve the problems: establishing the highest priority of quality concept; consummating organization and performance evaluation; perfecting quality measurement mechanism; exploring actively to advance production process control; generalizing Common Building Block; completing information pool; intensifying material provider management and R&D of core technology. If any effective advancement has been obtained, the author would be very gratified.
