Research On The Organization Structure And Core Process Improvement Of Quality Management System In Electrical Factory Of Dalian Ocean University

In the development of enterprises, we should use the theory of quality management to combine the actual situation of the enterprise, create and optimize the quality management system gradually and adjust the level of enterprise quality management actively. Enterprise quality management level in our country is not high, not only the reason of historical development, but also the lack of system method in practice, which lead to the defect reason. How to improve the quality management level of the enterprise is a problem that many managers must face and solve.The establishment of quality management system for enterprises and customers, both from the economic and social benefits of the analysis is a win-win outcome. However,the existing enterprise quality management departments complete the traditional product quality management only mechanically and lack of active participation in the quality management of the enterprise management process. Only the quality management department of the enterprise participate in the enterprise development planning, system management and operation activities and cooperate with various departments, it is possible to perfect the quality management system operation. This paper analyzes the operation status of the electrical factory of Dalian Ocean University and finds such problems as the unreasonable responsibility, the unreasonable set aim, the unreasonable core operation and the low staff quality. It puts forward improvement measures to existing organization and core process, which can solve the problems of quality management system. The practical and effective measures, whose focus is to ensure to run the quality system better and development the assessment and incentive system through the whole process. Through the above work, it can promote the comprehensive improvement of quality management system of in electrical factory of Dalian Ocean University and improve enterprise quality management level and the operation effect of quality management system, which gets more efficiency and promotes the comprehensive development and progress of the enterprise.
