Research On Supply Chain Management Maturity Model Based On Process

Currently, the competition between enterprises has been becoming the competition between supply-chains, enterprises have detected that its success lies on the supply chain management ability. Many Chinese manufacture enterprises have realized that supply chain management process improvement is as important as the product quality improvement. In order to diagnose the supply chain management process operation, estimate the process management ability and improve supply chain management process, this thesis emphasizes on how to build up a supply chain management maturity model based on process (SC3M-BP).This thesis firstly reviews the present research situation of the supply chain management performance evaluation and explains the research purpose. Second part introduces the related theories which lay solid foundation for SC3M-BP. It includes the concept and development of supply chain management, process analysis and improvement, introduction of SCOR. Third part discusses the model frame, building process and the way of evaluation. This part gives a minute description of how to build up SC3M-BP and its estimate principle, process and method. Fourth part shows the application of SC3M-BP in company Feifeng. Last part puts forward some inspirations for Chinese manufacture enterprises. Through the application of SC3M-BP, manufacture enterprises can raise supply chain management ability and may share the best supply chain management practices.
