| Along with the further social division of labor and the competition between commercial Banks, financial supplied chain arises at the historic moment which is a newly-developing financial innovation business. Through the financial supplied chain which is a way of comprehensive credit, small and medium-sized enterprises gain new channel to financing. This chain effectively reduce the cost of financing, which helps to form the virtuous cycle of the whole supply chain. For commercial Banks, the chain strengthen the relationship between the core enterprise and the commercial banks, helps the small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain customers to expand the market share of commercial banks at the same time. Development of supply chain finance is important for commercial banks, which can keep ahead in the wave of intense competition and maximize its own development. The accurate evaluation of commercial banks’supply chain will help the commercial banks to find its accurate position, clear their own level, adjust the development direction, and then they will grab the supply chain financial markets and improve the comprehensive competitiveness.Combined with supply chain finance theory, enterprise’s core competence theory and the maturity theory, the author analyzes the supply chain financial status and the existing problems of China’s commercial banks, provides the connotation of commercial banks’supply chain financial capabilities, builds a maturity model of our commercial bank as well. We use it to evaluate the present commercial bank supply chain financial development level and future development potential. The commercial bank financial development capability maturity of supply chain is divided into five grades from low to high which listed as:initial level, repeatable level, definitioned level, management level and optimization level. The paper add signalment to each grade. Also we use seven inner factors to build a evaluation index system.The paper selected CITIC Bank to test supply chain finance development capability maturity model, and use the questionnaire survey method, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the supply chain finance development capability maturity of CITIC Bank, and give development proposal. |
