Under the environment of rapid economic development,the competition among enterprises become stronger and stronger,that is from products competition into supply chain competition.Enterprises need to establish an effective supply chain system and improve the enterprise internal supply chain continuously for adapting to the changing of market demand and improving competitive position in the market.The company named TD belongs to the special equipment manufacturing enterprises.Facing the same problem,TD needs to improve the current supply chain according to their own characteristics to improve its market shares and competitive advantage in the business.Regarding TD Company as the research object,this paper optimized the TD's supply chain process based on the supply chain operation reference model(SCOR model)with the method of combining quantitative qualitative analysis.TD Company internal supply chain processes is analyzed and diagnosed using SCOR model and the gap between the company and industry benchmarking enterprises is found through the quantitative analysis of supply chain performance evaluation index.According to the SCOR model,improve the supply chain process from the top floor,configuration,process layer and implementation layer of TD Company.Determine the scope of the internal supply chain operation and the basic flow by building the top floor of TD company supply chain model;Renovating configuration layer,paper change TD companies parts plan model to the centrally planned model,to balance the total resources and demand and to avoid waste of resources;Process elements layer reconstructions implement the standardization and normalization of TD company business process;In implementing layer,paper increase strategic cooperation suppliers in the procurement process and carry out the concurrent engineering in production process in order to reduce non-value work assignments and waiting time.According to the improved process,the text process organizational structure reform scheme.Finally by improving effect analysis,paper points out that the improved supply chain process can reduce cost,shorten the cycle of procurement and manufacturing,improve the percentage of completed on time as well as the operational efficiency of the supply chain and so on,which can change from 3% to 3% on the process of supply chain performance evaluation index for TD company.
