Now the management concept of the enterprise is changing too,relations between the enterprises is more than just rivals but change into a kind of competition and the cooperation dual relations, the supplier relationship is a important aspect among the foreign relations. so Supplier management has been attached much importance by the enterprises home and abroad Based on the research of the supplier relationship management and material supply in the coal industry home and abroad,This article systematically discussed the author's research on supplier relationship management in Shenhuo coal power company and its application.Firstly the paper introduced the research background and its significance, analyzed the important strategic status the coal industry had in the national economy.Secondly, introduced the status quo of supplying management and materials in the coal industry, elaborated the supplying management history in Shenhuo power companies and its status quo.Then analyzed the factors that affected supplier relationship management in Shenhuo coal electricity company, discussed the main factors in detail. And proposed some specific implementing steps of the supplier relationship management in the Shenhuo coal electricity company , also the implementation measures and methods that can ensure successful supplier relationship management.Finally, presented the reform models focused on the original supplying management of Business Process, which increased the supplier relationship management links, established partnerships VMI modes of supplying, properly incorporated the idea of supplier relationship management.The author mainly discussed the evaluation of the choice of supplier and supplying concept changes after the implement supplier relationship management in Shenhuo coal power company ,put forward a method that improve the way of cost and price calculations, which effectively solve the problem in the price game both sides concerned.
