Company N is state-owned company ina power system in the field of information and communication. In the past 10 years, company n developmented very fast,it store many successful experience, but also have some problems,especially some problems about supplier management. These problems lead to reduce the purchasing work efficiency, increase the difficulty, it is urgent to solve. Through this reseach, i will research the key problem of N company in supplier management, and give the solution, the contents and results of the research are as follows:At first, this paper through survey, interview with suppliers, logical deduction method combined with the company's key objectives of supplier management of N company in the presence of various unreasonable phenomenon to sort out, listing problems, invite different departments of different staff score group, the scoring method to find the key problems existing in supplier management of N company, namely: supplier interests of the map is not clear, and supplier cooperation is not clear, and supplier value distribution mechanism is not clear, and supplier communication mechanism has not been established, supplier management exist problems.Secondly, this paper uses theory of supplier management, draw lessons from the business model of the overall system for the key problem of N company carries on the analysis, found company N lack of integrity on the business, not building complete cooperation network, the supplier lack of dynamic evaluation of multi dimension.Finally, according to the theory of supplier management on key issues of N company provides countermeasures suggested N company uses another classification sytle which is foucs the value of products and supply risk instead of the original ABC classification method, making the N company's supplier classification more accurate and clear, after the surface of supplier relationship laying a foundation, making it for and bottlenecks in product suppliers, strategic product suppliers to establish good and stable relationship. Also in the evaluation area, the control of supplier evaluation, evaluation system to establish a close combination of N company's strategic objectives, to achieve the purpose of its services. At last, company n should use the whole thought of business model in the business operation, do well int the area of customer value cake and enterprise value cake, and try best to keep the problem away from the supplier.
