| The unemployment is an inevitable outcome of the modern market economy'function, but its existence affects the stability of society economy and the development of social or- der seriously .Therefore, building and perfecting the unemployment insurance systems are an important guarantee of the stability of society and China's long - term stability.The un- employment insurance system, which is a special welfare system arrangement, guarantees the basic life of unemployment and promote taking up employment again. But the system is a double - edged sword, when the unemployment insurance system is applied in our ev- eryday life. It effects the employment not only positively but also negatively.This essay, which uses the method of document research, discusses the relateconcepts of employment and unemployed and the interrelationship at first.
