Research On Promoting Employment Of Unemployment Insurance Funds Of Beijing

This paper analyzes realistic problem. The rest of the unemployment insurance funds is excessive. We still can use it to promote employment function. According to the research about history and operation of Beijing unemployment insurance funds, we concluded that assessment on preventing unemployment and promoting employment function. Focus on problems and the insufficiency on unemployment insurance funds for promoting employment, we put forward further suggestions to promote employment through the use of unemployment insurance funds. We discussed unemployed insurance funds raise money and pay its effects promote employment goals, summarized the unemployed insurance funds in a financial crisis to promote employment, and used the social welfare game-theory to analyze the ratio of "ensuring life" and "promoting employment".This paper primarily focuses on the following tasks:Summarizes the unemployment insurance fund promoting employment theoretical basis, including domestic and foreign scholars'study of unemployment insurance funds to promote employment and unemployment insurance funds on the practice of promoting employment and how to optimize the theory of unemployment insurance promoting employment. According to the data of unemployment insurance funds of Beijing, we have analyzed the achievements and deficiency in unemployment insurance funds in promoting employment, given advice on further promoting employment on utilization of unemployment insurance funds.
