The establishment and the consummation of official's achievements evaluation system is an important measure to enhance government achievements. The official achievements evaluation is a human resources management function of public department, allowing the country administrative organizations to supervision the process officials achieving the post goals according to legal jurisdiction, making the evaluation to its achievements and contributions, and carrying out official management. It's important to strengthen and consummate the official achievements evaluation for the construction of an effective and honest government, the construction of the officials, and the capability enhancement facing to the new situation challenge etc.This paper studies an improved official achievements evaluation system of government department mainly from the public department human resources management angle.The mainline of this article is to take the achievements evaluation theory as the beginning, utilize comparative analysis method, and comprehensively analyze existent questions in official system of the Chengdu Municipal Committee of Communications. And with the fundamental research and practice of enterprise achievements management, according to the present situation human affairs evaluation system in our country, improvements on official achievements evaluation system of the Chengdu Municipal Committee of Communications are discussed, proposing a new concept to construct the official achievements evaluation system.And this article may have certain significance to the official achievements evaluation.
