| For being absorbed in core competence and reducing the cost of the software project, a corporation make all or a part of their software project done by other corporation which provide software outsourcing service. This is software outsourcing. Flux of global software industry in recent years has meant a great opportunity for Chinese software industry, and Chinese software industry made an extraordinary improvement because of the breakthrough in both the Japanese and America market. The most important thing to Chinese software outsourcing corporation is how to capture this opportunity and how to get support from China government to climb up in global market. There is a lot of research in development of software outsourcing corporation, but most of them concentrate on macroscopical aspect, and nearly no research is about implementation. This paper is trying to sharpen the competitiveness of software outsourcing corporation by advancing the corporation's strategy management ability. It makes a study of ChengDu Summit software Co.,Ltd. It have been circling round the method and meaning of planning, evaluation and implementation of strategy, including enterprise business analysis, internal resource analysis, implementation of enterprise strategy, and so on.First of all, I made a brief review of some important strategy models. And I also made a summary of methods of strategy planning, including EFE matrix,IFE matrix,SWOT matrix,etc. Secondly, on the study, I made an assessment of PEST, internal resource analysis of summit software. Thirdly, propound a list of feasibility projects based on internal and external analysis. Last but not least, choose a hopeful short list of projects above.In the research, I applied two kinds of methods, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Summit Software Corporation should focus on the soft outsourcing , and exactly speaking, Summit Software Corporation should focus on the soft outsourcing of European and American market. |
