In recent years, competition in telecommunication marketing is becoming fierce day by day, with the reforming of telecommunication industry system especially telecommunication separation. Since large customer is the main source of business income, it becomes focus of various telecommunication companies. Facing the rapidly changing telecommunication market, the marketing philosophy of Tieling CNC presents as market-orientation, customer-focus in order to make profits. Customer-focus is the foundation of pursuing profits. So it is of the essence for the company to do large customer marketing well.On the basis of large customer marketing and relationship marketing theories, marketing environment and present situations of Tieling CNC are analyzed. Combined with the practical operation condition of Tiding CNC and key problems in large customer marketing, relationship marketing strategies form the aspects of service idea, system supporting, marketing strategy, supplier and opponent are put forward. The relevant measurements are also discussed to improve the whole level of service for large customers and the competences in large customers market and to ensure company continuous development.
