Upgrading Of Industry Structure Of Regions In China Based On Circling Layering Economy

China is a country with its ground far-flung and economy development foundation of most regions different obviously, so it would be called a"un-homogeneous"big country. As its economy opening to the world more and more, china's foreign trade have been developed to a bran-new adjustive stage, and its imbalance regional economy of different areas become worse. Consequently, it is very significative to study the problem of how to upgrade the industry structure of different regions effectively in china at this historical time.In order to upgrade of one country's industry structure, most regions'industry structure of this country need upgraded first, then the whole country's industry structure would be considered upgraded, meanwhile, only in this way we can insure that the economy of different regions develop equilibrium. However, whereas most of the study on the problem of upgrading of industry structure in china focus on policy researches, furthermore, most of these researches often rest on the layer of the nation's industry development stratagem, not consider the different economic facts and characteristics of different regions in china. As a result, it is limited to study the problem of upgrading of industry structure of different regions which begin from the economic different facts and characteristics of different regions in china, Simultaneous; most researches on this problem are short of uniform theory frame or theory integrality. So, it would be have important theory innovative mean to develop a uniform and integrality theory frame to study the problem which also combined economic theory and practice fully.On the perspective of Economic Geography theory, by studying the emergence of central city, urban agglomerations and regional-layering economic, the paper designs a brand new theoretical framework which inosculates the micro-corporations, industrial-layers and macro-entity to a uniform theory of circling-layering economy that concern the upgrading of industry structure logically. It concludes that in order to promote the upgrading of industry structure, we should follow hereinafter strategic steps. First, industries should be distributed properly in one regional circling-layering economy, and then industries should be divided reasonably among different circling-layering economy, so to realize the upgrading of overall industry structure within the country. Finally, the paper finds some experience evidence from the circling-layering economy evolvement and the facts of upgrading of industry structure of pearl-river area in china after its 30 years development begins from the reform and open policy in 1978 to support the new theory.
