As China’ s economic restructuring,high-tech SMES are springing at a large scale,they arebecoming more and more important in our country’s innovation system besides their contributionis rising in China’s economy. However, public information displays, high-tech SMES are facingloss of R&D employees seriously.Characteristics of high-tech SMES are technology andknowledge intensive which determines the R&D employees are the pillar and core competence ofthose companies.If R&D employees mobile too often,the sustainable development of high-techSMES will seriously be affected.Many research found that turnover intention has close relationship with Employees’ jobsatisfaction. This questionnaier survey takes High-tech SMES in Dongli District as object todiscusses the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention.The main contents of the study includes: the current status of High-tech SMES R&Demployees’job satisfaction and turnover intention in Dongli District,correlation between jobsatisfaction and tumover intention,the demography variables difference in job satisfaction andturnover intention.The conclusions of the study are as follows:Firstly,High-tech SMES R&D employees’jobsatisfaction is generally low and turnover intention is relatively strong inDongli District;Secondly,High-tech SMES R&D employees’job satisfaction and turnover intention have negativecorrelation;Thirdly,Work returns and personal achievement have remarkable influence onturnover intention;Fourthly, age, woking tenure,education have Significant impact on jobsatisfaction and turnover intention.This article puts forward the following measures: Constructing perfect promotionmechanism, planning employee’s career development channel reasonably; Making competitivesalary welfare policy,constructing perfect incentive mechanism;Strengthing communicationwithin the organization;According to the characteristics of the High-tech SMES R&D employees,making relevant policy targeted; Strengthing enterprise culture construction; Building perfecttraining and development system.
