H Company is a large institution whose main business is training and game development. Due to the rapid development in recent years, the internal management of employees has been unable to match the company’s needs. The result is that employees are dissatisfied to company’s management. Employee satisfaction reduction leads to staff high turnover rate, which seriously affects company’s normal development and operation. In order to find out the cause of the H Company staff turnover, this thesis uses the method of questionnaire and interview method to investigate employee satisfaction, through the satisfaction survey to find out the reasons of employees turnover. According to the survey, employees are dissatisfied to salary and benefits, performance evaluation, training, promotion, Person-Job fit, staff incentive and enterprise culture. Based on the results of the survey, it puts forward seven suggestions such as the leaders of H Company must change the viewpoint of employees’management, pay more attention to employees’management and increase investment in staff training. Through these measures, we hope that it can fundamentally improve satisfaction of H Company staff and reduce the H Company’s staff turnover rate.
