| Based on the theory of consumption, the thesis tried to finds out the major factors that affect the changes of wheat flour food consumption in our country, through analyses on wheat flour food consumption level, consumption structure, consumption elasticity in our country and individual sample consumption characteristics. All of these studies are in order to grasp the residents' demand rule and consuming behavior characteristics of wheat flour food in our country, provide product demand information for the development of related industries to wheat flour products in our country such as milling and food manufacture, provide concrete and scientific information for wheat producers to make correct decisions on producing wheat and boost related industries to wheat to develop healthfully. Concrete content of thesis is composed of seven parts.Part I is the thesis preface, it included the writing background, the aim, the significance, the means, the content of the study and the innovation and the deficiency of the thesis.Second part is about a general situation of our country wheat's production, consumption and processing, in order to make the following analyses on wheat flour food consumption more clearly and make the system of thesis more entirely.Part III explores the characteristics of the change of wheat flour food consumption in our country by analyses on the change of our country's wheat flour food consumption level, the consumption level difference among different regions of our country and structure of consumption of wheat flour food.Part IV is to measure the wheat flour food consumption elasticity in our country based on part III.Part V sum up the individual wheat flour food consumption level and characteristics, through investigation of our country's residents in some wheat- producing area. Based on the third, forth and fifth part, this part is to find out the influential factors on the changes of wheat flour food consumption in our country.The seventh part generalized the conclusion of this paper, and proposed correlated developed policies and suggestion of the wheat industry in China for the future. |
