Study On The Development Of Yongcheng Flour Industry

Henan is a major province of grain production and processing.And flour processing is a traditional industry for food production,its development relates to the development process of national and agricultural development.Yongcheng as an important flour processing base in henan province,it's flour industry was founded in the mid-1980 s.In 2005,Yongchent was awarded china flour city by China food association.Yongcheng has aggressively developed the `white economy' for many years.Yongcheng flour industry is a microcosm of grain processing industry in Henan Province,The study of Yongcheng flour industry can improve the competitiveness of grain processing industry in Henan Province,Promote the development of agricultural industrialization.This article mainly through analysing the industrial development environment of Yongcheng flour industry,the development status of Yongcheng flour industry and the problems in the development of Yongcheng flour industry,makes a detailed analysis and study on Yongcheng flour industry,finds the main problems and causes in the development of Yongcheng flour industry,and gives a few suggestions for the healthy development of Yongcheng flour industry.Through analysing raw material supply of flour industry,processing capacity and scale of flour processing industry,the sale of flour products,we found that the supply of high quality raw materials to Yongcheng flour industry is not enough,and the processing of flour is weak,and the sales of flour products is poor.And after learning the successful experience of Daming County flour industry and Wudeli Flour Group,we suggest enhancing the supply of raw materials,cultivating flour processing industry cluster,and creating flour Industrial Park.Also we suggest increasing the competitiveness of the flour industry cluster and the sales of flour products,strengthening the government services,and constantly optimizing the public service platform.
