With the development of Electronic Commerce, Electronic Negotiation becomes the essential part of it. Since there are multiple factors need to consider before the deal, the processing is to be achieve multiple goals in the trading. The method of E-Negotiation will take great influence to the result. And the algorithm is still in research and developing. To deal with the current technical problems which need solutions in Electronic Negotiation, New methods have been researched and provided in this paper. Evolutionary Algorithm has been used to disposal the choosing puzzle in Multi-Objective Electronic Negotiation and provided great efforts to the final deciding. And a model has been set up to ensure the environment and bases for the processing of the algorithm. Evolutionary Algorithm is taken as efficient method to solve the multi-objective problems and declare goal, responsibility and restricts during Electronic Negotiation. Base with data analysis and the concept of multi-objective analysis, a brand new system model has been set up in this paper. We propose an improved evolutionary programming for the multi-objective optimization, using an external file to store the no dominated vectors found during the evolutionary process. The population memory is divided into two parts: replaceable and non- replaceable portion. In this way we can reduce the checking for non- dominance, the validity of the algorithm is shown by computer simulation results. This algorithm will solve the multi-object negotiation in E-business. It will not only accept all aspects of complicated information and methods, and also could help the dealer to make the fittest decision to the problem. Compare with other algorithms, it own the flexibility. Meanwhile, since there a lot a methods to improve the algorithm, the deciders can make the best fit of the value to make sure the result to be the one they need.
