As the development of internet technology is promoting the rapid development of E-commerce, new trade pattern is increasingly created, and the further development of the commodity trading platform has given birth to new model of electronic business operation.By studying the theory of E-commerce, operation mode theory and analysis of relevant operation status quo, this thesis summarizes the B2C E-commerce operation mode of the present situation and reveals the existence of the advantages and disadvantages during the operation.At the same time, through author’s internship experience in Hang Zhou Netops and Technology Co., LTD and the operation practice of the Like Fresh brand, further study of this case was done after knowing this brand’s shop operation mode.The author puts forward the existing problems in B2C E-commerce operation, and the optimize operation plan, which based on the further analysis in the present situation of B2C E-commerce operation in cosmetic class and the advantages and disadvantages during operation.This thesis includes six segments:Segment I makes clear the purpose and significance of the study, introduces the current research status and research content.Segment II explains and summarizes the relevant concepts.Segment III analysis status quo of B2C E-commerce operation, which mainly aims at the cosmetic class.Segment IV taking Like Fresh brand’s flagship store as an example, describes the brand’s main features, the company’s present operation status and analysis the brand’s existing operation plan.Segment V advances an optimized operation program which aims at the existing problem.Segment VI reviews and summarizes this article, and puts forward the prospect for further study.
