Thermoelectrical Installation Overhaul Project Management Research Of BinHua Group

Facing global competition, how to improve the working efficiency, to reduce the cost and to improve out-of-date installations with modern information technology are pressing and real problemes which should be solved by every state-owned enterprise.Management of equipment, especially the overhaul management, is an important part of production management. The economic benefit, safe operation and environmental protection are all directly influenced by the state of their production units, while the progress plan and control are key links of unit overhaul management. At present, due to remained use of out-of-date idea and method, and lack of new theories and advanced methods, the overhaul progress plan is seriously depart from the real work. Time and resources for the overhaul are wasted, and the realization of company profit objectives are seriously affected.Grounded on the overhaul management of the thermoelectric installation of BinHua Group, and after very careful investigation and study, this thesis solved the schedule problem appeared in the overhaul management. The working schedule was shortened , and the efficiency and the initiative of their operations were improved.The thesis is divided into seven parts .as follows: First,Introduction; Second, BinHua Group profiles; Third, the basic theory of project management; Fourth, project management programs of equipment overhaul ;Fifth ,project management program of thermoelectric devices overhaul; Sixth, the network planning control; Seventh.Conclusion. The thesis by combining theory and practice, solved time and efficiency of equipment overhaul,and prepared for the next cycle of production safety, Meantime, it offered theory reference for similar equipment management.
