The Research On Coordinater Management Of Equipment Overhaul Project Plan

Equipment overhauling is the whole maintenance operation after equipment has been used for a long time or is abnormally used.Through equipment overhaul,the reliability of equipment can be improved,and the cost of equipment replacement can also be saved.However,the equipment overhaul needs to involve multi department coordination management.When the project is executed,there will be different stakeholders' intervention on the project.This paper briefly introduces the tools and methods of equipment maintenance and management,and studies the stakeholder management theory.Through the analysis of the current situation of the management of the overhaul project of H company,we found that the three major problems of the overhaul project of H company,one of its project plan management is insufficient,the second project stakeholders have no effective management scheme,and the quality management of the three major repair projects is not standard,so the project progress is insecure and the equipment reliability is insufficient after the overhaul.Based on the theory of project management and the theory of equipment maintenance and management,this paper studies the H company's major repair projects are coordinated and managed.The first step is to select the overhaul equipment according to the historical failure rate in the start stage of the project;the second step is to identify the stakeholders according to the approval process;the third step is based on the expectation of the stakeholders;the fourth step of the project pattern book and the bidding evaluation method is systematically managed to provide the basis for the project execution;the fourth step is to the project implementation.The standard is formulated according to schedule,project cost and project quality.In order to ensure H company project progress,to ensure that the project can be completed on time and according to quality.Through this coordinated management study,the Gantt chart is drawn up for the project implementation plan.The procurement stakeholders are expected to be managed according to the equipment use time,equipment status,calendar year failure statistics and failure rate trends report.The management of the Ministry of Finance and economics is carried out according to the income analysis of overhauled investment,which speeds up the speed of project approval.Degree,guarantee the whole overhaul project progress.Based on this research plan,the 2017 year cylinder head line datum processing equipment overhaul project was successfully completed in the year and accepted.
