It can be said that no SMEs, no real developments of china's economy.With the constant intensification of economic globalization, especially after our country entered into the WTO, the domestic market internationalizes gradually; in order to look for the new approach to development and growth of profits, scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises have to deal in the problems from transnational operation. However, the capability is relatively weak after all for scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises, and internationalized experience is deficient, then, is it necessary for scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises to implement transnational operation? What is the transnational operation foundation? In the course of transnational management, how do scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises take its advantages to survive and develop with the lasting competitiveness?
