Enterprise Value Based Management is a kind of new enterprise management mode, which is complied with the demand for the economic era development. The traditional enterprise management mode is based on profit and scale, and aimed at maximizing profit and scale. It is regarded profits and scales as the criterion in which strategic decision, internal governance, marketing strategy, performance evaluation, corporate culture, etc. The all of business in enterprise aims at maximizing profit. With the development of economic, we have entered in the era of market integrating and economic globalization, which competition become more and more fierce. Enterprise's survival and development needs to break through the traditional management mode and should to find new management mode at once.It is in the 1990s that Enterprise Value Based Management has applied to enterprise business and management by western management sector. It is value-based and aim to maximize enterprise value. Enterprise Value Based Management aims at changing, standardizing and directing the way of enterprises action by set a value-based management concept and a system management system, and then adjusts and standardizes the behaviors of enterprises for enterprise efficiently, healthily and rapidly development. It is a new management thinking and ideas, management methods and management tools. The target is the long-term sustainability enterprises effective operation through the effective value-based management.This thesis introduced the very beginning of the concept of Enterprise Value and Value Based Management. And then it discusses from three aspects of enterprise value innovation, enterprise value evaluation and enterprise value-based management model. The main contents are as follows:(1) The basic content of enterprise value and value-based management. Value is attribute or ability that objective things have. Then enterprise value is "useful" to persons who are correlated with enterprise's interests of enterprises have. It has explained enterprise value-based management in detail through four aspects of management system, content, characteristic and goal.(2) Enterprise value innovation. It is a kind of innovative sexual behavior that regards customer value as core and enterprise value realization and promotion as target. The routes of enterprise value innovation are difference strategy, value chain reconstruct and putting up innovative platform. Enterprise value innovation risk result from enterprise value innovation ability insufficient, customer demand diversification and mutability and compete enterprise follow immediately. There are three measures for precautionary enterprise value innovation risk such as promotion enterprise one's own value innovation ability, adoption "3 low" risk avoided tactics and implement cooperation innovation shared of the value innovative risk.(3) Enterprise value evaluation. Set up index system of four layers from enterprise one's own value, customer value, staff value and social value, and then evaluate enterprise value using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Synthesis Evaluation.(4) Enterprise value based management model. Customer value-oriented enterprise value-based management model contains customer-centered strategic concept, customer-centered production and management and customer-centered enterprise culture. It is aims to enhance enterprise value through realization customer value. Key value factors driving enterprise value-based management model committed to explore the contribution to enterprise value the enterprise core competitiveness has done.
