Innovation team is becoming the impetus strategic carrier of modern science and technology development, management mechanism reformation is becoming an important choice to improve team innovation quality and efficiency, and harmonious atmosphere creation is becoming a key means for building team brand advantage. Under such situation, a series of problems related to completing innovation team management mechanism and building harmonious management atmosphere have getting an increasingly attention. In view of this, for comprehensively deconstructing, combing and analyzing the main content of innovation team harmonious management mechanism, systematically and comprehensively evaluating its harmony degree, this study mainly carries out the following three aspects research, the corresponding research conclusions and innovation points described as below.First, defines the concept of innovation team HeXie management, expounds the basic composition and function of innovation team HeXie management mechanism, puts forward an actual scene oriented analytic strategy for innovation team management mechanism evaluation. Under discussing innovation team harmonious management requirements and team interface management applicability, references HeXie management thoughts and interface management theory, defines the concept of innovation team HeXie management, systemically expounds the basic composition and function of innovation team HeXie management mechanism from five aspects. Learns from the research methods of HeXie theme analysis, presents a two-level HeXie mechanism cognition and optimization strategies with reference of interface order level classification and key interface coupling optimization methods.Second, proposes the concept of innovation team subject interface social capital and three types of HeXie degree definition, constructs three methods used for identify object interface classification and key subject interface in static state and dynamic state. Based on the structured refining of innovation team subject interface social capital connotation, form, features and performance characteristics, proposes the concept of innovation team subject interface social capital which is classified into three types of equal level, cross level and hierarchical level. On this basis, improves the existing method of cumulative prospect, constructs a CPT-ANP decision scheme that could dynamically identify subject interface category. Introduce the traditional harmonious philosophic thought and the concept of order parameter in synergetics purposes three types of HeXie degree definition, constructs an improved fuzzy DEMATEL method and scheme prospects comparison method, which can effectively differentiate the interface system complex emergence relationship and effectively used for implement key object interface recognition in static or dynamic state.Last, constructs an hybrid unstructured multi-attribute group decision-making evaluation method used for HeXie degree evaluation, select five innovation team of Yunnan province as the object of case study. Follows the overall judgment information demonstrate strategy of plan level to attribute level, constructs an hybrid unstructured multi-attribute group decision-making evaluation method used for HeXie degree evaluation which could effectively inspect information preferences consistency of expert decision-making, in view the characteristics such as multivariate guide, numerous decision plan, heterogeneous decision attribute and variety decision-making information of present group decision-making situation. Select nine innovation team of Yunnan province as the object of case study, the interview information support a better result of evaluation method application and improve countermeasures based on above analysis conclusion are proposed.Through above research, systemically builds a set of innovation team HeXie management mechanism evaluation method which could comprehensively deconstruct, analyse and evaluate operation quality and efficiency of innovation management mechanism. Establishment and improvement of innovation team management mechanism is the long-term issue facing team management process, the completion of this study is able to provide a certain series of research ideas, theory and method for innovation management mechanism, which could effectively help to further enhance its management atmosphere harmonious feelings and core innovation competitiveness.
