The Evaluation And Applicability Research Of Port Coast-line Resource

With the development of foreign trade and ocean shipping, many port set "advancing the development of city and booming the regain economic" as one of stratagem for the city. The policy improves the situation of coast-line to another stature. Therefore, the evaluation of port coast-line is not only contributes to improve the using effect, but also have great signification to the implement of social economic stratagem.The evaluation of the coast-line resource is a system evaluative question which is integrative effect by more factors .As a complicated system evaluative process, the evaluation of coast-line involve many evaluative index an factors. Based on the overviews of the analysis of background and research model of coast-line evaluation, this paper collected widely the evaluative theory and research result of coast-line resource in home and abroad. The paper selects the evaluative factors according to the demand of coast-line resource planning to create the model which is scientific, objective and measurable. The model is made up of the physical predicable system and social economic predicable system. The author performs the evaluative model and proves its capability to extend finally, taking the coast-line of the Lianyungang port as a key study.On the foundation of the system coast-line research theories, this text make some initiated progress. First, the text advances the physical factors system and the social economic factors system. Second, the author cluster and analyze the information of the berth, sea-route and anchorage ground. The progress not only improves the credibility of factor power but also offer a reference for the cluster of ports. The third, the paper put forward the concept and formula of the contributive rate which reflect the effect of the change of cargo throughput to port throughput increase speed.Eventually, the paper takes the Lianyungang port as a key study. Based on collecting lots of information and doing research on the spot, the text evaluates the physical property of the coast-line and gets the main coast-line of the port. Then, the author researches the development character and direction of the port cargoes, and gives the advice to the using of the main coast-line. The conclusion is in accordance with two development programming of the Lianyungang government mutually.
