With the rapid development of economic society of our country market,business diversification,the size of the content of the specific requirements of customers,individuation and diversification,more and more enterprises in the multi project management under the present situation.In this paper,based on the current situation of multi project management of construction enterprises,the paper analyzes the relevant literature and research results at home and abroad,to explore and research the problem of multi project resources balanced allocation.First described the concept of multi project management,construction enterprise management and multi project resource characteristics,different point discusses the construction enterprise multi project management,multi project resource management and project management,project resource management.Then the conflict of multi project resource management for construction enterprises is studied,the production,the difference and the type of resource conflict are studied.This paper extends the priority of multi project resource conflict in construction enterprises,and analyzes the two aspects of the strategic level and the implementation level of the forced positioning method and the TOPSIS method(the method of approximating the ideal solution).Then summarizes the resources,the shortest duration "and" time,resource balance of two kinds of multi project resource leveling problem,combined with the engineering examples for the second "period,resource balance is analyzed and a genetic algorithm for solving the mathematical model.Finally,combined with the engineering example established a harmonious evaluation system,using SPSS software for correlation Pearson correlation coefficient function to test expert member scores,and establish the mathematical model of harmonious management entropy evaluation of Engineering examples.The research result of this paper has certain theoretical significance,and it is an extension of the research on multi project resource management in construction enterprises.The results of this study has a certain practical value for the enterprise,and puts forward some methods and models can be learned in the problem of resource allocation in multi project on equilibrium.
