Study On Evolvement Of Urban Land Use Spatial Structure Of Suining

At this stage of process of urbanization in China, the perspective of urban development has changed from pursuing competitiveness of a single city unilaterally to paying more attention to continuous development under the regional circumstances, emphasizing cooperation in order to realize regional economic integration. Regional economic integration contains three aspects, which are industry integration, production factor markets integration, and regional urban development integration. Thus requires reasonable adjustment of urban land use spatial structure urgently.Relating researches on land use spatial structure are still at the developing stage at present, and mainly concentrated on the large-sized cities'instead of small and medium-sized ones'. Given small and medium-sized cities playing a nexus role in the economic development and resources integration process, it is a useful method to study urban land use spatial structure about small and medium-sized cities (especially secondary cities).Form the inter-dynamic angle of city development, industry structure adjustment and land use spatial structure, planning systematic methodology as a thinking support as a whole, using the theory and method of regional economics, urban economics and economic geography, merging related quantitative analysis method of operational research and management system project, on the basis of summarizing achievement of former researchers, comparative complete research on the evolvement of urban land use spatial structure has been carried out. The constitute of urban land use space, the evolving background, stages, characteristics and mechanism of urban land use spatial structure have been set forth comprehensively and systematically. Taking Suining city in Sichuan province as an example, the evolving process and characteristics of urban land use spatial structure in Suining has been discussed in detail, and the analysis of the evolving trend has been put out.This paper mainly contains: (1)The evolving background of urban land use spatial structure, specifically including the background of regional city development and the background of industry structure. And the former contains macro background and micro background. (2)The evolving stages and characteristics of urban land use spatial structure. (3)The evolving mechanism of urban land use spatial structure, which mainly contains seven factors, such as history and culture, natural environment, society techniques, industry structure, social structure, market mechanism and macro regulation. (4)The demonstration research on the urban land use spatial structure of Suining city. The discussion of the evolving process and characteristics is carried out from two aspects as central city and whole city separately. (5)The evolving trend of urban land use spatial structure in Suining. Using the mode of multi-goals decision based on the catastrophe theory to predict the central city land use expanding orientation, putting forward the conception of the land function distribution in central city, further analysis distribution trend of urban land use spatial structure in central city has been carried out. Meanwhile, the most tow influential factors on the whole city land use spatial structure have also been analyzed, which are traffic network and industry structure in the whole city. Furthermore, the evolving trend of land use spatial structure in the whole city has been concluded to be"one major center, two developing axis, three district and four assistant centre".In the process of research on the urban land use spatial structure evolvement, a lot of theory foundations and demonstration resources are gathered to make theory and practice integrated closely. Besides, in favor of reducing the gap existing in current study on urban land use spatial structure, and providing some reference to decision-makers on land resource integration among cities, the research scale of this paper is mainly focused on small and medium-sized city, which is the primary innovation of this paper. Meanwhile, the mode of multi-goals decision based on the catastrophe theory has been used to carry out a quantitative analysis on land expanding orientation of Suining central city, which enhanced the reliability of prediction and therefore comes to be another innovation of this paper.However this paper didn't go deep enough in the part of demonstration that the results appeared to be a little coarse inevitably, so further communication with related crew is still needed. And many data is lack of unitive statistic caliber, although necessary adjustment has been made, the randomness still exists due to individual limited capacity during making analysis and prediction in the demonstration part, so more efforts should be made in the future.
