A project of vital and lasting importance, education is fundamental. Developing professional education energetically in order to cultivate millions of high quality labors for Socialism is becoming the emphases of all education Departments. A project of education importance, teachers are fundamental. The key factor that our country's professional education can swift in new century contributes to a group of high quality teachers mastering theoretical and practical teaching. No high quality teacher, no high level professional education employment as the guide, cultivating the student's practice ability as the target of the professional education challenge the practical teaching ability of professional teachers, besides the accounting, as one important major of professional education. Needless questioned, improving the practice ability of professional education teachers high on the division of vocational technical teachers' education on accounting, and becoming the starting point and end-result.Accounting practical teaching adopts many segments, such as: the demonstration, simulation, and case analysis. Guiding the students to learn accounting knowledge and skills through solving problems at practical work situation, it forms a manner of practical teaching ability. It can sublimate the theory, help students fulfill solving problems from "understanding" to "solution to a problems". Conducting practical ability on accounting subject at vocational technical teachers' college can help accounting "pre-teacher" foster practice ability, how cultivate accounting teacher's practical ability by strengthening practical teaching is becoming the themes,.The study analyzes the practical teaching ability of accounting teachers' at vocational technical school, then it puts forwards the strategies of practical teaching at vocational technical teachers' education accounting subject. It will help for the reform of practical teaching at vocational technical teachers' education accounting subject. This study will discuss through four aspects below:First, summarizing the theory about predecessors' research on conception, identify practical teaching and practical teaching ability, analyzing the practical teaching and practical teaching ability. and elaborate both of the inherence mechanism.Second, putting forward the necessity of conducting practical education on vocational technical teachers' education accounting subject based on the description of practical teaching at vocational college.Third, as the concrete composing of the need to the accounting teachers at vocational college--accounting check ability, finance analysis and solution ability angle of view, bring forward the following strategies on the instruction of Marxism Practice View, Constructivism Theory and Cognitive apprenticeship system Theory.(1)Mainly to the demonstration, simulation, the practical teachingstrategy cultivate accountant check ability.(2)Mainly to case analysis, the practical teaching strategy cultivatefinance analysis and solution ability.Finally, analyzing research ensured measures for carrying out the strategy of accounting practical teaching at vocational technical teachers' college.This article concerning on the practical teaching strategy of vocational technical teachers' education accounting subject. It has certain value on changing the practical teaching, enhancing the practical teaching ability of students'.
